Sawyer is a Miniature Quarter Horse foaled in 2007. Living in the wine country of Temecula, CA, he forged a bond with his stall mate Scarlett, then left the herd to join the team at Rise Canyon Ranch. Most days he prefers to be identified as the peanut butter to Scarlett’s jelly. Other days he’s willing to be flexible. His demeanor allows you to find your own way, but he’ll encourage you to work for his cooperation. He may be small in stature, but as big as Marah in his mind. Sawyer is a sweet gentleman and appreciates kind words, people and a good brushing. He’s a great partner and knows life would not be the same without Scarlett.
